Her work has included drafting and passing local ordinances, securing state and federal funding, and overseeing the development and operation of service-based shelter and temporary housing programs designed to protect public spaces while maintaining accountability, health, and safety.

With an educational background in business and social and behavioral sciences, Eleassia brings a rare dual lens to private security — understanding both how people behave in crisis and how organizations must operate proactively to manage risk and liability. She has worked extensively alongside law enforcement, emergency responders, social services, businesses, non-profits, and private property owners to resolve high-impact situations involving unauthorized camping, nuisance and criminal activity, mental illness, substance use, and public-health concerns in ways that are effective, lawful, and sustainable.
